Streets, sidewalks, and curbs

The Public Works Agency's Maintenance Services Division oversees programs that maintain over 400 miles of City infrastructure that include Graffiti Abatement, Roadway Cleaning, Roadway Maintenance and Street Tree Services.

Our Public Works professionals work year-round and pro-actively address service issues daily. Equally as important are citizens of the City who help the community in reporting service needs as they encounter them. Each year, maintenance staff responds to tens of thousands of service requests from the public and from pro-active efforts. If you see a service issue on City streets, please inform us and we will address it as soon as possible.

Help us by reporting online by filling out this form on our website or use the mySantaAna app to submit a report. You can also call us at (714) 647-3380 between 7 am and 4 pm Monday-Thursday and every other Friday 7 am to 3 pm Holiday and Friday Closure Schedule.
