Freedom Committee of Orange County
The members of the Freedom Committee of Orange County bring with them a Living History of WWII, Korea and Vietnam. The nation’s premier resource and support network for LGBT military spouses and their families.
The NVF provides personal assistance and advice. They are staffed by veterans with experiences from Vietnam to Iraq. They are trained not only in Veterans issues but also in crisis management for PTSD and suicide prevention. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Operation Homefront was formed in February 2002. It was developed to support the families of deployed service members immediately following 9/11.
OutServe-SLDN is the association of actively serving LGBT military personnel and is a non-partisan, non-profit, legal services, watchdog and policy organization dedicated to bringing about full LGBT equality to America’s military and ending all forms of discrimination and harassment of military personnel on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
Paws for Purple Hearts (PPH) is the first program of its kind to offer therapeutic intervention for Veterans and active-duty military personnel by teaching those with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) to train service dogs for their comrades with combat-related injuries.

Servicemember Affairs at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
The Office of Servicemember Affairs at CFPB works on consumer financial challenges affecting servicemembers, veterans and their families.
